When opposites attract…. designed for Roche Bobois in 2012, the Ora Ito dining table is now presented in a new bronze version with a patina finish. Roche Bobois offers a new daring combination mixing an avant-garde silhouette with a three-thousand-year-old material. The result is an exceptional piece, released as a limited edition of 15 numbered pieces only, available exclusively at La Galerie Roche Bobois in Monaco. The offset base features three twisted supports that resemble vines and was created in an artisan workshop near Venice using lost-wax casting. This traditional process consists of pouring wax into a mould then melting it by injecting molten bronze. Roche Bobois used this age-old technique to create a new table that looks as if could also be an ancient artefact.
